The Awards Association would like to apologize to photographer Marc Tessier, who had a photograph of his used by this site without permission or acknowledgement in conjunction with the announcement of a creator’s passing back in 2015. It was selected in error, an internal mistake where it was mistaken for a photograph that the Association had taken at a public event. As recognition of this error we have opted to remove Mr. Tessier’s photograph from the article and acknowledge our error.
