Happenings: Central Canada Comic Con this weekend October 28-30, 2011

The 2011 Central Canada Comic Con (C4) is a three-day pop culture event held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Featuring celebrity guests, comic book artists, exhibitors, costume contests, video rooms, gaming, and more.

Last year the show was picked up and then in the summer of 2011 inexplicably dropped by Wizard Entertainment. The original organizers pulled up their socks and have managed to recover and have assembled another larger pop culture festival for the enjoyment of the many fans in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Giests include William Shatner, Kevin Sorbo, Kate Vernon, Jonathan Frankes, Marina Sirtis, former wrestler Bret Hart and many other celebrities.

Friday: 4pm – 9pm
Saturday:
10am – 8pm
Sunday:
10am – 7pm

C4 – Ticket Prices

Adult Weekend Pass: $35.00

Single-day Pass: $15.00 (Saturday or Sunday ONLY, purchase at the door)

new Kids Weekend Pass*: $20.00

*please note Kids Weekend Pass is for children age 6 – 12

All Weekend Passes include access to the con on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The only way to access the convention on Friday is to purchase a weekend pass!


C4 – VIP Pass

$150.00 CAD each – The C4 VIP pass is your all-access pass to this year’s convention.

The pass comes with:

  • Weekend Pass
  • Entrance at the back door at 2pm Friday, 9am Saturday / Sunday
  • Access to Superhero Social
  • C4 T-Shirt
  • “Beat the Line” pass to get Celebrity Autographs / Photo Ops

Sorry, purchasing the C4 VIP Pass is now closed online. You may still purchase one at the event at the exhibitor entrance. Please ask a convention representative on how to access the back entrance.
